Determining role of employee empowerment and perceived organizational support in the effect of shrm on job satisfaction and turnover intention

SHRM practices contribute positively to firm performance by creating a qualified, highly motivated and empowered workforce, indirectly affecting the individual’s commitment organization through job satisfaction.
