Determining role of employee empowerment and perceived organizational support in the effect of shrm on job satisfaction and turnover intention

چکیده

SHRM practices contribute positively to firm performance by creating a qualified, highly motivated and empowered workforce, indirectly affecting the individual’s commitment organization through job satisfaction. This study aims determine mediating role of employee empowerment perceived organizational support in effect strategic human resources management (SHRM), which has significant effects on both participation decision-making process structure manufacturing industry, satisfaction turnover intention employees. empirical was conducted using 165 companies industrial areas region (IAR) Adana, Gaziantep Hatay provinces located south Turkey. The data obtained from surveys were analyzed with SmartPLS method least squares. affected support, increasing reducing intention. It is necessary for managers adopt understanding encourage employees participate processes order increase their satisfaction, an important factor performance, strengthen commitment, raise fulfill socio-emotional needs, enhance sense well-being.
